We will paint saltwater marshes, downtown Charleston, fishing boats and one of the plantations. Class is from 9am-4pm with a 1 hour lunch break. There will be a demo each day in either morning or afternoon depending on the light. I want you to be able to paint in the best lighting situations. Bring photos in case of inclement weather. I will have some you may use.

The focus of the workshop is to learn to "see" the brilliant and subtle colors of the landscape and to apply them to your paintings with excitement. I will try to teach you how to keep that which stimulated you to paint what you saw from growing old and tiresome.
